Connecting with Courage
A course for 12 – 13 year old girls
The Connecting with Courage program is especially designed for girls. On a Connecting with Courage course (which include sailing, backpacking, climbing, kayaking, or canoeing), you’ll meet 7 to 10 other girls who, just like you, want to share their ideas, challenge themselves physically, express their emotions, speak their minds and build their self-confidence.

Passages
A course for 12 – 13 year old boys
Passages is a special kind of program for boys that combines adventure and learning new skills with teamwork and independence. Depending on the course you choose, you’ll be on the waters of Boston Harbor or in the mountains of New Hampshire. There will be 7 to 10 other guys with you as you sail, backpack, kayak, climb, hike, or canoe.

Environmental Expeditions
A coed course for 14 – 17 year olds
This exciting expedition has a sailing and marine biology focus. You and 8 to 10 other co-ed students will be trained in the fundamentals of seamanship including chart reading, navigation and sail theory. You’ll learn to set up tarps, handle an oar, read a compass, cook afloat, and set anchor. You’ll spend 14 days exploring miles of Massachusetts Bay, from the Boston Harbor Islands to the shores of Cape Ann.

Intercept
A course for 13 – 17 year olds who need to get back on track
Part adventure trip, part assessment and prevention program, Intercept is a 22-day expedition for young people who are having trouble at home or at school. Through the challenges of backpacking, rock climbing and canoeing in the wilderness, you’ll figure out what’s important to you and what motivates you. You’ll learn how to take healthy risks, make good decisions and set goals. You’ll re-channel your behaviors in positive ways.
